In delivery

5 projects

Engagements where the consultant is matched and the work is happening now.

Youth violence-prevention charity Live now

Bilingual website refresh

A credibility refresh on an MVP site, with a hard deadline driven by Latin American NGO regulation that requires Spanish-language publication of financial records and annual reports. Narrative and IA work on top of an existing build — not a from-scratch rebuild. 4–6 weeks.

A Latin American charity preventing youth violence by adapting and scaling CBT-informed programmes for at-risk young people.

Social-movements research lab Live now

Website redesign

Redesigning a research-organisation website to better showcase empirical work on people-powered social movements — with training on Claude Code and modern maintenance workflows so the team can run updates themselves afterwards.

An empirical research organisation studying people-powered social movements; shares findings through reports, workshops and trainings.

Charity evaluator (pre-launch) Live now

Website & visual identity

Designing the public website and visual identity — logo system, house style, templates — for a new charity evaluator preparing to launch ahead of the giving season. The design hands off cleanly to their in-house volunteer developer to wire into the CMS, rather than stopping at static mockups.

A pre-launch, GiveWell-style charity evaluator focused on livelihoods — making rigorous giving recommendations accessible to everyday donors.

Economic-development nonprofit Live now

Website revamp

Taking a draft site the team had already taken a long way themselves over the line — editorial polish on the copy, a coherent visual identity and photography, rebuilt blog, email-signup and donation flows, and a design pass on structure and flow. Handed back as a codebase the team can keep updating themselves.

A nonprofit working with governments in developing countries to create jobs and grow their economies.

Early-stage literacy charity Live now

Brand identity & story

A full brand build for a charity that has “a name and nothing else” today — logo system, visual language, brand story, and the messaging spine that has to sit upstream of the visuals. Hard deadline: an in-country scoping trip in two months where the team needs at least a logo and a few core messaging pieces to take to school and government meetings.

An early-stage charity working on foundational learning outcomes — literacy and basic numeracy — for primary-aged children in sub-Saharan Africa.

Out for review

6 projects

Consultants are matched and the proposal is sitting with the client for approval. Once they sign off, we kick off. Three of these are parallel workstreams for a single charity.

Childhood-immunisation charity With client

Trial statistical analysis

Leading the statistical analysis of a cluster-randomised trial testing SMS and voice reminders for childhood vaccination — covariate balance checks, the pre-specified analysis, sensitivity work and reproducible code, written up for funders and government rather than an academic journal. A focused two-to-three-week engagement.

A health charity using mobile reminders to raise childhood-vaccination rates.

Maternal & newborn health charity With client

Website refresh & embedded dashboard

A website design refresh with a live impact dashboard embedded directly into the site — pulling programme metrics into a clean headline view so impact data sits naturally alongside the programme story. A small, well-scoped engagement of around 10–30 hours.

A charity working to improve newborn survival.

Foundational literacy charity With client

Charity prospectus

A funder-ready synthesis document — less than an annual report, more than a one-pager — pitched at evidence-focused funders. A 4–6 week sprint with a single synthesis-fluent operator who knows the register scientific and EA-adjacent funders expect, rather than corporate-comms gloss.

An East-African literacy charity improving early-grade reading outcomes through structured pedagogy — phonics-based lesson plans, teacher training, and ongoing classroom coaching.

Reproductive health charity With client

CRM implementation

Moving the organisation off spreadsheets onto a CRM — but with a brief that explicitly asks for “execute and document.” The consultant runs the implementation and leaves transferable artifacts behind so internal staff can run future CRM-adjacent work without restarting from zero.

Reproductive health charity With client

Leadership coaching

Coaching support through a planned co-founder transition over the next ~8 months. Looking for a nonprofit-leader transitions coach — ideally someone who has personally navigated a co-founder departure from the leadership side.

Reproductive health charity With client

SOP playbooks

Codifying programme implementation into SOPs so the team can scale out of their current states of operation into the additional regions currently approaching them. Logistics / supply-chain operator who is comfortable converting tacit field knowledge into repeatable procedures.

Matching consultants

1 project

Scope agreed with the charity. Now sourcing the right person from our pool of vetted consultants — once we have them, we’ll send the proposal across.

Reproductive health charity Matching

US tax & compliance

Filing the first full Form 990 surfaced gaps in internal controls. Bringing in a US nonprofit tax specialist to set up audit-ready accounting controls and separate payment authorisation from the founders ahead of next year’s audit. 3–6 weeks.

A reproductive health charity working to reduce unintended pregnancies and maternal deaths in West Africa.

If you’re running a nonprofit and there’s a piece of work you’d outsource if you knew the right person existed, we can usually match you with a vetted consultant from our pool within a week of a 30-minute scoping call.
